Lipofilling – safe fat grafting
Lipofilling is performed in our office using the Sydney Coleman method using specialized sets of cannulas. Firstly: It is a very safe and effective method of fat grafting. Secondly: At an acceptable price, the effects achieved can effectively compete with many techniques using hyaluronic acid. What’s more, in many situations, often giving much better and more lasting effects. In some cases, e.g. in the eye socket, so-called dark circles under the eyes, there is actually no method that could compete with it.
Your own fat is the best filler used in aesthetic treatments. Its advantage is its complete compatibility with the patient’s body and its practically unlimited quantity. Adipose tissue contains large amounts of multipotent cells. Pericytes, called stem cells in colloquial literature, which additionally regenerate and smooth the skin. Lipofilling is a relatively safe procedure that successfully allows you to achieve a natural effect of filling the tear trough. In addition, restoring a youthful appearance to sunken eye sockets, improving the appearance of cheeks, temporal fossae, facial contours and the backs of hands.
Lipofilling techniques are also used in the correction of scars, stretch marks, acne and accident scars.

Possible complications
- overcorrection (after some time the excess fat will be absorbed);
- insufficient correction (may require another procedure);
- palpable lumps under the skin (usually disappear after massage);
- hematoma, infection – exceptionally rare as with any injection.
