Fractional CO2 Laser is a device that allows you to achieve excellent effects and improve the appearance of the skin.
CO2 Laser Fractionation
For several years, laser skin fractionation with a CO2 laser has been a technique that has been used almost everywhere in the world to start the process of patient rejuvenation. What’s more, with the right skills of the doctor and the right device, the results of the procedure are often surprisingly good, sometimes even unbelievably fantastic.
However, it is difficult to imagine a serious aesthetic medicine clinic today that would not have such a procedure in its offer. Most therapies planned for the long term start with this procedure.
The laser fractionation technique belongs to the so-called island or column techniques. Firstly – They consist of controlled application of laser beam energy in a selected area in a way that partially damages the given area, at a planned depth and an appropriately selected degree. Secondly – Fragments of undamaged tissue remain alternately with the damaged ones, which significantly accelerates the healing process and reduces the risk of complications.
The application of laser beam energy, or rather many beams coming out of the appropriate treatment tip (fractionating) of the so-called scanner, is performed on a suitably prepared and anesthetized skin surface. The doctor sets the appropriate treatment parameters; i.e. energy density; it consists of the number and distance of the beams (they create so-called ablation columns in the tissue), pulse duration, its power and possibly the pulse multiple, which allows to shorten its length and, consequently, significantly reduces the so-called residual tissue damage, limits the number of complications and discolorations and simply hurts less.
Such techniques, depending on the needs, are often combined with the use of fat grafts, platelet-rich plasma and isotretinoin applied to the skin surface. The combination of these techniques allows to significantly accelerate the healing process and improve the effects. This is an excellent form of skin preparation for subsequent techniques using, for example, botulinum toxin or fillers. The controlled process of tissue damage induces our body to regenerate and rebuild the entire collagen and elastin structure of the skin, along with an increase in the amount of collagen in the tissue and often with thickening and shrinking throughout its thickness (improved tension, lifting).
Fractional CO2 laser – New treatment technique
NEW – New formula for CO2 laser treatment
(finally less pain and faster healing)
In the vast majority of cases, the procedure can be performed during the holiday and summer period – finally!
Since this year, we have been able to offer you a new method of fractional CO2 laser treatment.
We have a new laser with very high power – 60W, which has the ability to use a very short pulse (less than 100us) and a multiple pulse – 5X.
This creates new treatment possibilities. Thanks to such possibilities, laser treatments of this type can be performed practically all year round without the risk of causing discoloration. The biological effect of this type of impulse causes collagen remodeling without the effect of overheating the tissue. In this way, we avoid thermal stimulation of melanocytes (pigment cells). We also use this type of impulse to treat hypertrophic scars, keloids and scars.
The effects achieved are fantastic
FEATURES OF THE PROCEDURE
- significant reduction in pain
- less swelling
- faster healing
- the procedure is practically suitable for every patient requiring resurfacing
NOTE:
The procedure is performed after prior medical consultation. Some patients may require stronger overheating for a different effect.
WE INVITE YOU!!!
Application
- comprehensive skin renewal and reconstruction throughout its entire thickness in a given area
- repair, strengthening and reconstruction of the collagen structure
- treatment of various types of scars – e.g. acne, post-accident, post-operative or burn
- treatment of stretch marks and tissue laxity
- treatment of discoloration (with reconstruction, exfoliation occurs first)
This procedure can be performed in practically any area of the body.
We always perform facial treatments together with the eyelids – laser eyelid lifting – Madonna Lift!
Fractional CO2 Laser – Worth Remembering
