Mesotherapy treatments – care for the whole body

Do you want to nourish and firm the skin of your face, neck or décolleté? Or maybe you are struggling with cellulite, baldness, dark circles under the eyes or stretch marks and want to get rid of them quickly and effectively? We have a solution – discover the power of mesotherapy!

This is one of the most frequently performed aesthetic medicine treatments. It allows you to quickly deliver a diverse range of active ingredients deep into the skin, effectively revitalizing and moisturizing it from the inside. The popularity of mesotherapy is huge, among others due to the multitude of indications, reasonable price and relative simplicity of this type of therapy. Especially since there are currently many devices that facilitate its implementation and increase its effectiveness, such as Dermapen.

Depending on the method of introducing active substances, we can distinguish three types of mesotherapy:

  • needle mesotherapy – then a cocktail of active substances is administered pointwise using a thin needle;
  • Dermapen microneedle fractionation – in this case, a cocktail of substances is injected into microchannels created by a disposable cartridge, consisting of thin needles;
  • needleless mesotherapy – based on the phenomenon of electroporation, thanks to which the permeability of cell membranes is increased and ion channels are opened. All this is done so that the administered active ingredients can be absorbed much faster and more effectively than in the case of superficial application of serum.

Indications for mesotherapy

  • dryness and fatigue of the skin
  • loss of firmness and elasticity of the skin
  • gray, dull complexion
  • anti-wrinkle prophylaxis
  • dark circles and swelling under the eyes
  • excessive hair loss, including baldness
  • cellulite
  • stretch marks

What active ingredients does mesotherapy provide?

A big advantage of mesotherapy is the fact that the ingredients administered during it can be adjusted to the individual needs of the body. For example, vitamin C and silica will support collagen production, nucleic acids will help in skin cell biostimulation, and hyaluronic acid, among others, will take care of hydration. However, the most common use is the power of various ingredients, combined in so-called cocktails. In addition to the above-mentioned substances, you can also find: coenzymes, antioxidants, polyphenols, amino acids, microelements, terpenes and other ingredients that support the health and appearance of the skin.

In recent years, mesotherapy using platelet-rich plasma and carboxytherapy have also become extremely popular treatments. Although the treatments seem quite new, the mechanism of action of both plasma and carbon dioxide is well known and has been used in medicine for years.
