The EQUIPMED tool that we use at the Biogenica clinic is a state-of-the-art device. It has revolutionized the way we introduce various types of active substances into the skin. The treatment using this device is called microneedle mesotherapy. This is because a special cartridge with 16 microneedles is used for the device.

Microneedle mesotherapy and mesotherapy

During a microneedle mesotherapy treatment, we are able to perform up to 1920 micro-needles per minute. With these parameters, it seems that this is an absolutely unrivaled method in relation to traditional mesotherapy. The treatment performed using this device is more effective and comfortable for patients, and the precision of the device is incomparable to previous methods used in various types of mesotherapy treatments.

The extraordinary effectiveness, ease and comfort of the procedure allow both the person performing it and the patient to enjoy the results of the therapy without side effects. The consequences of standard mesotherapy are usually bruises, while after using the microneedle mesotherapy device this is rather rare. Yes, tiny scabs, slight swelling and redness may be visible the next day – after 48 hours there is usually no trace of them!

How does this device work?

Thanks to the technology of automatic, multiple punctures, it is a much more efficient and effective treatment than other mesotherapy methods. Penetration of active substances into the skin is facilitated, and the pain of the therapy is low – it can be compared to a gentle pinch. Through puncturing – i.e. mechanical trauma – the treatment stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin. It also stimulates the release of platelet-derived growth factors.

What’s more, microneedle mesotherapy treatments do not exclude you from social and professional life, due to the significantly lower risk of bruising.

A major advantage of microneedle mesotherapy is also the ability to regulate the injection depth (range from 0.2 mm to 3 mm). This depends on the type of lesion being treated and the area in which the treatment is performed. Planning the depth and – consequently – the intensity of the treatment gives specialists control over the length of the treatment. It is usually about 24-72 hours, during which slight swelling and redness persist. So it is almost lightning fast, especially when compared to many other methods of this type of therapy.

Disposable needles do not contain nickel and chromium, so the procedure can be performed even on people allergic to these metals. It has been clinically proven that the HylaFuse complex – hyaluronic acid with three sizes of molecules, allowing for deep penetration into all layers of the skin – is absorbed 150% more effectively than other forms of hyaluronic acid. A high dose of vitamin C stimulates the skin to produce collagen, and zinc and panthenol have anti-inflammatory and soothing effects.

UBER PEEL PRO Peeling is the world’s first anabolic meso-peel with patented peel-mulsion technology. Specially designed for use immediately after the microneedling procedure, peels in the peel-mulsion technology – active substances dissolved in water and oil to unlock their strongest potential.

This two-phase formula allows for optimal absorption of active substances without prior degreasing of the skin. Action

The bioavailability of hydrophilic substances reduces their effect due to the acid-oil skin layer.

Limited absorption deactivates the chemical potential and does not allow for uniform clinical effects in all patients. While traditional peeling systems based on pre-peel, such as skin degreasing, attempt to increase the delivery of ingredients, the lipids present on the skin surface and in the hair follicles and sebaceous glands block their deeper penetration. Only the system contained in the UBER PRO peel contains dimethyl isosorbide, an emulsifying carrier for precise mixing of hydrophilic active ingredients into an oil-soluble emulsion.

This innovative peel-mulsion method offers a pharmacological innovation to unlock and maximize the potential of each active ingredient. Buffering compounds containing beta-lipoic acid encapsulate the active ingredients of the peel to ensure their slow and controlled release into the skin. The encapsulation effect also manipulates the molecular weight of active substances and reduces their viscosity to achieve a predictable and safe penetration of the skin.
